A reservation, then an in-store purchase

This website takes reservations only. Reserving goods does not create a contract to buy them or oblige you to purchase them. The sale and payment are completed in the shop when you collect.

Cancel a collection reservation

You can cancel an unpaid collection reservation at any time before collection. Call 020 7263 0005 or email info@excitingfireworks.co.uk, quoting your reservation number if you have one. No payment is taken online.

Confirmed reservations are held for three days from when they are placed. Uncollected items may be released after that period. Contact us if your collection plans change.

Changing your mind after an in-store purchase

For purchases completed in the shop, we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges of fireworks simply because you change your mind. This is our shop policy because of the safety and storage requirements of these products.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

Your statutory rights still apply if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet the legal requirements for the sale. The change-of-mind policy above does not remove these rights. Contact the shop with your purchase details and a description of the problem so we can explain the appropriate next steps and any remedy you are entitled to.

For safety, contact us before moving or attempting to return fireworks or smoke products. Do not post them to us. We will discuss safe arrangements appropriate to the circumstances.

Your legal rights remain

Nothing in this policy excludes a cancellation or return right you have by law. The shop’s voluntary change-of-mind policy does not override your statutory rights.
