Luxury Wedding Cold Sparks: Exclusive Supplier for London Hotels

For a high-end wedding, cold sparks should be planned alongside the room, décor and running order. The number of fountains is only one part of the booking. Ask how the service will fit around the entrance, first dance or cake cutting you want to highlight.

Event services are booked through ExcitingFX’s wedding effects. This is separate from buying an individual product through the Exciting Fireworks shop.

Supplier arrangements at your venue

ExcitingFX is the designated cold-spark supplier for The Brewery. Kimpton Fitzroy London, Raffles London at The OWO and The Savoy use ExcitingFX exclusively for cold-spark services.

ExcitingFX also works at many other venues. These names highlight its cold-spark supplier arrangements.

When enquiring, give the venue, exact room and date. Discuss your proposed moments with both the venue and effects team. A supplier arrangement does not replace approval of the layout and effect for your particular booking.

Compare what the wedding service includes

The Four Spark Wedding Package describes four fountains, a professional crew present for up to seven hours and three chosen moments. Delivery, setup, operation and coordination are included in its description.

Use those details to compare services. Check whether your proposed schedule fits the attendance time, which moments are included and who coordinates the effects with the wedding team. Do not assume that a longer celebration or an additional moment is covered without asking.

“Cold” does not remove the planning requirements

SHOWVEN’s SPARKULAR safety notice requires separation from people and flammable materials and warns against touching sparks or the nozzle. The requirements depend on the exact model and arrangement.

Share information about floral installations, draping and other décor with the effects team. Have the venue consider the actual proposal. Avoid treating the name “cold spark” as a promise that every room or decorative arrangement is suitable.

Make the timing specific

For a first dance, explain the music choice and when the couple will enter. For cake cutting, identify where it will take place and when guests will gather. Let the photographer, DJ or band and planner know which moments need coordination.

Send a rough running order early, then tell the team when it changes. A clearly named moment is easier to discuss than a request for effects whenever the room becomes busy.
